Orders can be placed online using our secure server, and payments can be easily charged to Visa or MasterCard. For customers who would like to place their orders over the phone with a "live" person, call us toll-free at 1-888-991-9277 We will be happy to answer any questions, and place your orders personally. You will see that our tropical flowers and plants maintain their beauty much longer than traditional flowers. We unconditionally guarantee all of our products for freshness upon their arrival. Orders come with complete instructions for the care of the plants and flowers. Our flower boxes make unique gifts for holidays, birthdays , anniversaries, parties , graduations and business clients. Due to Federal and Local regulations, Hawaiian Magic Tropical Flowers can only be shipped inside the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. All orders are shipped Federal Express Standard Overnight Delivery. Shipping costs to non rural areas are included in all listed prices. Add $10 for deliveries to Alaska. A $12.50 additional charge will be added if an incorrect delivery address is given. Delivery times vary. See the charts below to calculate the shipping times. Leis must be ordered at least 24 hours before the shipping date to qualify for the listed on-line pricing. Cancellations for lei orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the shipping date or they will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any problems with your shipment. If you are sending sent a gift, we suggest you let the recipient know that you are sending something perishable. Some recipients will have prearranged agreements with Fed Ex for them to leave packages on the doorstep. We do not advise this in the Winter. We unconditionally guarantee our flowers only when there is someone there to sign for them. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S RISK DURING EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.
